PERTAINS TO CASE <br /> <br />August 21, 1987 <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Airport Commission <br /> <br />RE: Barton's Request for Conditional Use Permit to Extract <br /> Aggregates <br /> <br />At a special meeting on August 19, 1987, the Airport Commission <br />reviewed the request by Barton Sand and Gravel Company for a <br />conditional use permit to extract aggregates. The Commission <br />recommended that it has no objections to Barton's request if the <br />conditional use permit is modified with the following items: <br /> <br />1. Excavation and removal of material is limited to an <br /> elevation of 875 feet above sea level. <br /> <br />Other grades in the area shall conform with the proposed <br />extended runway surfaces and proposed rights-of-way for <br />County Road 116. <br /> <br />Barton Sand and Gravel Company shall control dust and <br />bird attractants to the site according to FAA <br />regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />
