Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #87- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS (~87-23 - HUNTER'S HILL) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the 26th day of May, 1987, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed street improvements for Hunter's Hill consisting of the following streets: a) 143rd Lane N.W. between Sunfish Lake BoUlevard and Uranium Street N.W. b) 144th Avenue N.W. between Sunfish Lake Boulevard and Uranium Street N.W. c) 144th Lane N.W. between 144th Avenue N.W. and the east plat boundary of Hunter's Hill. d) Uranium St. N.W. between 143rd Lane N.W. and 144th Ave. N.W. e) Wolfram Street N.W. between 144th Avenue N.W. and the north plat boundary of Hunter's Hill. AND WHEREAS, fourteen days mailed notice and three weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held on thereon on the 23rd day of June, 1987, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted the 26th day of May, 1987. 2) That Mr. Pete R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following were absent: and the following abstained: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of August, 1987.
