No. 5 and compliance with item 1-6 <br />of my letter dated March 3, 1987. <br /> <br />In review of my letter of March 3, 1987, the developer has not <br />revised the grading plan to show the pond overflow in Block 3, <br />the proposed building pad elevations and the correct building <br />setback along 167th Avenue. <br /> <br />In review of the soils report, boring no. 4 showed mottled soils <br />at a depth of 4.5 feet. Additional information should be <br />provided to show that Lot 5, Block 2 is buildable as requested <br />in my March 3, 1987 letter. <br /> <br />The street plans should be corrected and revised to contain the <br />following information: <br /> <br />The temporary cul-de-sacs should be shown to be constructed <br />and paved. <br /> <br />The 12" culvert should be changed to a 15" culvert as <br />required by the City Code. <br /> <br />c.
