We have <br />estimated the cost of improvements to be $54,000. The bond or <br />escrow is 125 percent of the estimated cost or $67,500. <br /> <br />The developer agrees to complete Stage II improvements (seal <br />coating) as stated in Article 170.039c of the city Code.
