I0 Minutes CASE ~1: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF ~OSER'S EYEKGItEEN ESTATES; <br /> CASE OF MR. MEL ~OSER <br /> By~ Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Mel Boeer is requesting final plat approval of Boser's Evergreen Estates. <br />The plat is located east of Variolite Street, north of 171st Avenue and <br />consists of six residential lots. <br /> <br />Mr. Boser will construct Sapphire Street with a temporary cul-de-sac for access <br />to five of the lots; however, Lot 1, Block 1 will access directly on to <br />Variolite Street. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for.your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed final plat <br /> c) Proposed resolution approving plat <br /> d) Proposed development agreement <br /> <br />The City Engineer's comments will be available at the meeting.. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On June 23, 1987 the Council approved the preliminary plat of Boser's Evergreen <br />Estates with variances for the length of the Sapphire Street cul-de-sac,, access <br />for Lot 1, Block 1 on to Variolite Street, soil borings for lots in Block 1 and <br />the lot sizes in Block i. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution #87- <br />Estates. <br /> <br />approving the final plat of Boser's Evergreen <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer X <br />Community Development Director X <br />Park and Recreation Commission X <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br /> <br />
