Seller and Lessee ts desirous of cons~ucttng and maintaining <br />a mobile home park within the boundaries of Ramsay Township, and <br /> <br /> %rHEREAS, the Township ts an unincorporated political subdivision of <br /> <br />the State of Minnesota located tn Anoka Goun~, knmvn as Ramse~ T~nship, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHE~AS, the Township, tn order to provide for the general welfare of <br /> <br />its community, has deemed tt necessaw ~: enact an ordinance entitled, "An <br />Ordinance Regulating Mobile Home Parks and Providing Penalties for Violation <br />Thereof," hereinafter refewed to as "Mobile Home Ordinance," and <br /> <br /> WHE~AS, Section 5, paragraph (u) of the Mobile Home Ordinance requires <br />all mobile home parks to be se~iced by a municipal sewage dlsposal system, <br />and <br /> <br /> %',r~S, Gilbert A. Menkveld has presented to the Township plans for <br />a sewage disposal system, which plans and specifications meet the requirements <br />cf a "municipal" sewage disposal system and which plans have been approved by <br />the Township en;ineer, fine State cf Mtnnesc2 Depamment ~f Health an~ the <br />Mtnnesot~ Po!lutlon Con=el Agency, and <br /> <br />within the Township. <br /> <br /> NOW, TEEn.
