5 Minutes CASE #2: <br /> <br /> REQUEST TO MOVE IN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE; CASE OF MR. LEAONARD SIMON <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Leonard Simon is requesting approval to move in an accessory structure <br />to his property at 17349 St. Francis Boulevard N.W. Mr. Simon is proposing <br />to move an existing building measuring approximately 28' x 34' (952 square <br />feet) and add on a 20' addition; the completed accessory structure will be <br />1,512 square feet. Mr. Simon has stated that the structure will be used as <br />an outbuilding/stable for his horses and to store horse gear and related <br />items.
