<br />I3. "Handling" means leedJng, manipulating, transporting, restraining,
<br />treatJr/?.., training, working or performing an)' similar activity with respect
<br />to a wild animal.

<br />"Impound" means to seize and hold in legal custody.

<br />F. "The Keeping of \Vild Animals" means possessing and handling of
<br />wild animals on any property and providing such an animal with the necessities
<br />ol life such as feeding and sheltering. The keeping o~ wild animals may in-
<br />clude animals being used or intended to be used ~or research, training, breed-
<br />ing, boarding, as a personal pet, or Ior agricultural purposes. The keeping
<br />oI a wild animal ma), also include wild animals intended to be used for exhibi-
<br />tion providing that such animals are not exhibited within the City, such
<br />as in the case of a public showing~ circus or zoo.
<br />
<br />G. "Livestock" means a typical ~arm animal kept for agricultural uses
<br />pleasure or pro]tit including but not limited to horses, mu]es, sheep, goats~
<br />cattle, swine, iowl, rabbits and mink.
<br />
<br />H. "Lot" means a tract, plat or portion of a subdivision or other parcel
<br />or land intended as a unit 5or the purpose, whether immediate or future,
<br />or transfer 05 ownership or for the building development.

<br />I. "Owner" means a person who keeps a wild animal or the parents

<br /> "Person" means an individual., partnership, firm, joint stock company,
<br />corporation, association, unincorporated association of individuals, trust,
<br />estate., or other legal entity.

<br />L. "Restraint" means a w.ild animal which .is within a primary enclosure,
<br />or within a secondary enclosure in the presence o5 the owner, or within
<br />a vehicle specially-equipped for the-~ra'fisportadon of wild animals.

<br />M. "Secondary Enclosure" means a structure such as a fence, wall or
<br />buiiding, which en:ire!y encloses the area in which the primary enclosures,
<br />exercise facilities and training facilifes are located and ail handling activities
<br />occur. Such secondary enclosure serves ~o contain a wild animal from running
<br />az large and ro preven~ any unauthorized public access.
<br />
<br />N. "S~ructure" means anything constructed or erected, the use of which
<br />requires a permanent location on the ground or attachment to something
<br />having a permanent location on the ground, such as a fence~ wall, or building.
