The variance would not in any manner vary the provisions <br />o:[ the Ramsey Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Subdivision 2. Application and Review. The application procedure <br />for a variance ~rom this ordinance shall be the same as £or a wild <br />animal license, 110.15~, Subdivision 2 through t4. <br /> <br />Variances may be reviewed concurrently with an application ~or a <br />wild animal license. <br /> <br />Subdivision 3. Conditions o~ ApprovaL In approving an application <br />~or a variance, xhe city may attach conditions and restrictions as <br />it finds necessary. <br /> <br />110.186 FEES <br /> <br />The applicant for a wild animal license and/or variance shall pa), <br />an application ~ee as per the City ordinances and resolutions. The <br />appiicant shall a]so pa), ~or an), costs or expenses incurred by the <br />City during the processing and reviewing o~ the application, which <br />exceed the application ~ee. Such expenses shall include, but are not <br />limited to, consuhants and other pro2[essionals and the cost o~ prin~ing, <br />maiiing, and supplies. Such ~ees shall become due and payable immedi- <br />ately upon notification by the City. The City shall provide upon ~he <br />request o~ the applicant, a breakdown o~ ~he various expenses incurred <br />by the City.
