Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Page 2 <br />December 1, 1987 <br /> <br />A grading and drainage plan was provided for the original plat. <br />However, a new plan should be provided to accommodate the new <br />proposed uses. <br /> <br />Outlots M and N were assessed for trunk sanitary sewer, water <br />and storm sewer. Also, Outlot M has been assessed for lateral <br />sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer. The developer will <br />have to 'install services and extend the sanitary sewer to <br />service Lots land 2. If the developer wants the City to <br />install the improvements, he should submit a petition. <br /> <br />In review of access to the lots, all access was proposed off <br />Industry Avenue.
