Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />C_~ Request For Final Flat Approval Of Bosen's Evergreen Estates: <br /> Case Of Mr, Mel Boser: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris explained that Mr. Boser is requesting final plat approval of <br />Boser's Evergreen Estates. The plat consists of six lots and is located <br />east of Variolite, north of 171st. Sapphire Street will be constructed to <br />access the lots; Sapphire will align with Menkveld's platted property to <br />the north when the property between the two plats is developed .... _ <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka reviewed his report dated October 27, 1987 and <br />recommended approval contingent upon compliance with items in the report; <br />Mr. Boser agreed to complete those items. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution fJ87-256 approving the final plat of Boser's Evergreen <br />contingent upon compliance with requirements outlined in the City <br />Engineer's report dated October 27, 1987. (Please refer to resolution file <br />for Resolution ~87-~56). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Boser referred to the required sealcoating escrow <br />and inquired if it applied to the one lot that will not access onto <br />Sapphire. Mr. Raatikka replied that the requirement is for escrow for any <br />lot in the plat and would include that lot accessing onto Variotite because <br />it is part of the plat. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
