(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution <br />f-;87-259). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox stated that the City will be <br />receiving a bill from the City Attorney for legal advice given t¢ Ramsey <br />residents drafting a petition for referendum on nhe ordimance te increase <br />council salaries. Councilmember Cox stated that the taxpayers of Ramsey <br />should not be expected to provide legal services for those citizens <br />disagreeing with Council's actions. Councilmember Cox stated that there <br />should be a policy requiring citizens to obtain authorization from the City <br />Administrator or City Council prior to contacting the city's contracted <br />professional services.
