CASE $5: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR DISCUSSION OF LOT 4, BLOCK ! VOLTIN'S OAK HILL ESTATES <br /> AND SKETCH PLAN REVIEW; CASE OF MR. JOHN RAMBOSEK <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Rambosek has purchased Lots 1, 2 and 4, Block 1, Voltin's Oak Hill <br />Estates and would like to construct one house immediately on Lot 4. As you <br />may recall, final plat approval of Voltin's Oak Hill Estates restricted <br />development on Lot 4 until such time as a southern access to the plat was <br />provided. At this time, no southern access has been provided. <br /> <br />In addition, Mr. Rambosek would like to review his proposed resubdivision <br />of the plat with the Commission.
