PROPOSED DEYELOPMEI~T PERMIT WILLIAM DUBATS 13820 EBORY STREET N.W. RAMSEY, MINNESOTA On , 1987, site plan approval was ~granted by the City of Ram~ey to William Dubats to construct a self-service storage facility consisting of three buildings totalling approximately 18,400 square feet on the property at 13820 Ebony Street N.W., which property is legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 3, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City Code· The conditions of this approval are as follow~: The structures shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and approved by the City's Building Lepartment. A certified site plan shall be required prior to the issuance of any building permit. No construction shall commence without proper approval and permitting by the City Building Official. 2. The structures shall be used for self-service storage facilities and office space related to the storage operation. All driveway areas and parking areas shall be surfaced with blacktop or concrete. This surfacing shall be complete by June 30, 1988. e Landscaping shall be provided as shown on the site plan submitted. It is the responsibility of the property owner to maintain such landscaping. 5. Ail disturbed areas shall be restored with sod or seed. The site shall be graded in accordance with tha specifications of the City Engineer and so that drainage is in conformance with the grading and drainage plan for the plat of Riverside West. Mr. William Dubats hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit and that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed that he will comply with the terms of this permit.
