PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF KAMS~Y <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, <br />October 20, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. -- <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br /> Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> Mr. James Holm <br /> Mr. Mike Terry <br />Also Present: City Attorney Bill Goodrich <br /> Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The Commission approved the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case ~1: Request For Preliminary ApDrova! of Minor Subdivision: Case <br /> of Mr. Garnett Petter~en: <br /> <br />~ae Commission discussed the private driveway easement amd noted that Mr. <br />Pettersen would file the driveway easement with the County when he files <br />the plat. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Co~zissioner LaDue to reco~end <br />approval cf Mr. Pettersen's minor subdivision. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Holm, <br />LaDue, Shumway and Terry. Voting no: 'None.
