Motion by Councilman Cox, seconded by Councilman Sorteberg, to waive the 30 day comment period.on the gambling license application by the Lions Club-at the Super Bowl. Motion carried. Absent: Case #6: Appointment to Ramsey Landfill Committee Administrator Hartley explained the Landfill Committee has interviewed Dick Swanson and is recommending to the Council they appoint him. Motion by Councilman Sorteberg, seconded by Councilman Pearson , to appoint Dick Swanson, 6912 - 156th Avenue N.W., to fill one of the vacancies on the Ramsey Landfill Committee. Motion carried. Case #7: Update on Puma Street Railroad Crossing Administrator Hartley informed the Council of the difficulty he had with Mr. Gerald Rehbein and his trucks using Puma Street as a haul route even after he was told to stop.
