Councilman Sorteber9 agree~ pointing out <br />that County Road #63 is a na'-'row road with low visibility. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox, seconded by Councilman Sorteberg, that <br />as a result of the actual damage experienced by the City of <br />Ramsey to Armstrong Boulevard,-the City of Ramsey supports any <br />action of the County to regulate trucking during the time in <br />which traffic is detoured due to the railroad crossing closure at <br />Burlington Northern Railroad and County Road 83 (Armstrong <br />Boulevard). <br /> <br />Councilman Pearson informed the Council that Mr. Rehbein had come <br />to see him and had aaid he already had permission 'from the City <br />to use the Puma Street crossing. He had asked if he could use <br />Councilman Pearson's farm property also. Councilman Pearson had <br />told Mr. Rehbein he could, but only if the City had agreed. <br />Councilman Pearson expressed his frustration with the trucking by <br />Mr. Rehbein and Northfork. <br /> <br />Administrator Hartley explained that the police department is <br />also aware of what needs to be enforced. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cox, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Ccuncilm~n Cc>: informed the Council there is a dog in Countryside <br />Estates that has killed a neighbor dog and also bitten a child. <br />It appears the owner of this dog does not care what has been <br />happening.
