Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated tLat he will vote in favor of the request if one of <br />the conditions is that there will be no retail customer services offered on <br />the premises; these small walk-in repairs competes with stores in <br />commercial areas offering the same .services. <br /> <br />Mr. Wendt stated that those stores refer their cust~.mers to him when they <br />are too busy to handle all the repairs. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sor:0berg to <br />approve Mr. Brian Jerome Wendt's request for a conditional use permit for a <br />period of one year to operate a glass installation business from l.is home. <br />Further, that the conditional use permit agreement be amended as follows: <br /> <br />Add Item ~8 to read as follows: 'That there rill be no retail <br />services offered to customers on the premises.' <br /> <br />Motion carried.
