Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox inquired if a conditional use permit i~' necessary wb<n no <br />repairs and welding will be done o~ the premises. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Mr. O'Leary's request meets the criteria for a home <br />occupation and on that basis requires a conditional use permit to use the <br />home address as a business base <br /> <br />Mr. O'Lesry stated that he will not encourage or seek off-the-street <br />business; he prefers the contract type of work he is now doing; he has one <br />business truck that will be parked inside and one that is parked outside. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Counciimember Cox to <br />approve Mr. Joseph O'Leary's request for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a field welding and repair business from his home with the <br />following amendments being made to the conditional use permit agreement. <br /> <br />Add Item #5 to read as follows: 'No welding and repair services will <br />be provided on the premises to off-the-street cusotmers.' <br /> <br />Motion carried.
