NOTE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated August 11, 1987 <br />were noted. -.. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Anne Norris informed the Commission that the budget meetings were <br />scheduled to begin the following week and she would notify Claudia Podge <br />and Commissioner Prell of the dat6s. Discussion followed regarding the <br />budget with respect to the warming house and the attendant. <br /> <br />Claudic. Dodge explained to the Park Commission that she works for both the <br />City of Ramsay and the School District ~11. <br /> <br />CASE 1' .Discussion regarding Five Year r~opit;~l Improvemenq Plon for' porks. <br /> <br />Chairman Lichter asked Merle Mevissen when his department would need <br />additional equipment. It will be purchased next year because it was not <br />budgeted for this year. There are no other equipment needs in the next five <br />years. <br /> <br />Commissioner Shumway asked about the signs for trails next year. <br />Chairman Lichter indicated they need a trail ~' <br /> ~,,an for the next 5 years and <br />then a decision can be made for the si2ns.
