.CASE 5: Review proposed subdivision fpr Bark dedication requirements: case <br />of Mr. Art Raudio. <br /> <br />Commission asked Merlin Otto to took at the area for possible East-¥¥'est <br />corridor from the subdivision, across the landfill to the school. Tabled until <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />.Information Items: <br /> <br />Anne Norris informed Commission that preliminary approval has been <br />received for athletic fields, but nothing on trails with the Lawcon grant. <br />Discussion follo¥,sd regarding any changes to be made before final approval. <br />Final approval is due in October. <br /> <br />A letter was received from Rober~ B?uns, Ramsey Jay C,~s regarding a <br />donation of lights and poles for parks. Letter is included in minutes. <br /> <br />City Council approved rough grading a baseball field this fall, and installing <br />an irrigation system, sod or seed, and topsoil for next year. Chairman <br />Lichter requested a bid for both soccer and baseball field irrigation. <br /> <br />Chairman Lichter suggested a plaque be placed at Central Park listed <br />donations to the park. <br /> <br />Not all bids are in yet for hockey rinks, grading wes to be done and the rinks <br />constructed between 9/21 and 10/21. The warming house scheduled to ooen <br />Dscember i. <br /> <br /> <br />
