Transportation - The transl~ortation of a wild animal outside of the secon- <br />dary enclosure shall be in a vehicle specially equipped for the transportation <br />of wild animals and a portable primary enclosure as approved by the City. <br /> <br />C. Running at Large. <br /> <br />(1) It shall be prohibited ~or a wild animal to run at large. <br /> <br />(2) A wild animal shall be under the restraint o~ its owner. <br /> <br />(3) Tools ~or capturing wild animals shall be readily accessible, such as <br />traps, ~irearms, tranquilizing guns and nets. <br /> <br />D.
