Ten copies of an accurate site plan (drawn to scale) or survey of the <br />lot on which the proposed use would occur and the adjacent tots showing: <br />(1) lot dimensions, (2) location, size and configuration of the area proposed <br />to be used for the keeping of wild animals - including alt existing and pro- <br />posed buildings, s'crucmres, and enclosures, (3) setbacks from front lot line, <br />side lot lines, and rear lot line, and distances from neighboring dwellings, <br />pastures, barns, and corrals, (4) vegetation and terrain fea'~ures such as steep <br />slopes, wetlands~ woods and an), natural and proposed screening or landscaping, <br />(5) driveways, public and private roadways, parking and loading areas, (6) <br />easements for roads, access, open space, views~ and utilities, and (7) location <br />o~ well and septic.
