Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case ~$3: Road Improvement ~,or 167th Avenue N.W. - Improvement <br />Project <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka reviewed the bids that were received on this <br />project. The low bid was received from Fores'~- Lake Contracting at <br />$54,S70.00 which is approximately 6% below the engineer's estimate. <br />He further explained that the City has already received approval <br />from the State of Minnesota. Fir. Raatikka recommended the Council <br />adopt a resolution awarding the orojec't to Forest Lake Contracting. <br /> <br />.Motion by Councilman Cox, seconded by Councilman DeLuca that the <br />Council adopt Resolution ~87-218 re~-eivin~ bids and awarding <br />contract ~or road improvements to 167th Avenue N.W. <Project ~:~7-20) <br />to Forest Lai::e ContractinG. <br /> <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Sorteberm.
