He <br />explained that Northforl.:: said they were opposed to using Jarvis <br />under any circumstances as a route into Ramsey becaus,e i~,_ is not <br />{easible access to the development and the route may resu].t, in a <br />bypass route for trucks wishing to avoid the ~.~eigh station. <br /> <br />,Mr. Hartley reviewed several options, the Council could take.
