PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, September <br />22, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding proposed sewer and water improvements in 0akridge <br />Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />Merland 0tto/Hakanson-Anderson Associates <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 7:39 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Council deleted the engineer's presentation from this hearing as there were <br />no citizens present regarding the proposed project. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Counci!member Pearson to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayer Reimsnn, Councilme~Ders Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
