A plan for dust and noise control. <br /> <br />A full and adequate description of all phases of the <br />proposed operation to include an estimate of duration of <br />the grading, mining or filling operation, location and <br />approximate acreage of each stage and schedule for <br />restoration. <br /> <br />A rehabilitation or restoration plan providing for the <br />orderly and continuing rehabilitation of all excavated <br />land. Such plan shall illustrate, using appropriate <br />photographs, maps, and surveys drawn to a scale of one <br />(1) inch equals two hundred (200) feet and with a five <br />(5) foot contour interval satisfactory to the Engineer, <br />the following: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />The removal or planned contours of the land when <br />the mineral removal operations are completed. <br /> <br />(ii) Estimated period of time that the operation will be <br /> operated and a schedule setting forth the time <br /> table for excavation and rehabilitaion of land <br /> lying within the active, inactive and restoration' <br /> areas. <br /> <br />(iii) Those areas of the site currently used for storage <br /> of top soil and overburden. <br /> <br />(iv) The depth of all water bodies, the slopes of all <br /> slopes after rehabilitation and a description of <br /> the type and quantity of plantings where re- <br /> vegetation is to be established. <br /> <br />Location of any and all existing wells and the size and <br />depth thereof. <br /> <br />An analysis of material to be used for filling to be <br />submitted for approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Any other information requested by the Planning <br />Commission or City Council. <br /> <br />170.017M(6) Performance Standards: <br /> <br />a. General Provisions: <br /> <br />Weeds and any other unsightly or noxious vegetation <br />shall be cut or trimmed as may be necessary to preserve <br />a reasonably neat appearance and to minimize seeding on <br />adjacent property. <br /> <br />Ail equipment used for grading, mining or filling <br />operations shall be maintained and operated in such <br />manner as to minimize, as far is practicable <br />dust and vibrations adversely <br /> =~ect ~no surrounding <br /> <br /> <br />
