Transportation - The transportation of a wild animal outside of the secon- <br /> dary enclosure shall be in a vehicle specially equipped for the transportation <br /> of wild animals and a portable primary enclosure as approved by the City. <br /> <br />C. Running at Large. <br /> <br /> (1) It shall be prohibited for a wild animal to run at large. <br /> <br /> (2) A wild animal shall be under the restraint of its owner. <br /> <br /> (3) Tools for capturing wild animals shall be readily accessible, such as <br /> traps, firearms, tranquilizing guns and nets. <br /> <br />D. Sanitation and Health. <br /> <br /> (1) The lot on which a wild animal is kept shall be maintained in a clean, <br /> sanitary and neat manner. <br /> <br /> (2) A wild animal shall be maintained in a healthy state so as to prevent <br /> the transmittal of disease to other animals or persons. <br /> <br /> (3) All animal waste shall be properly and timely disposed of. <br /> <br />E. Zoning and Lot Requirements. <br />(1) All zoning ordinance regulations shall be complied with. <br />· (2)Additional regulations shall be as £ollows: <br /> <br /> (a) The keeping of wild animals shall be allowed only as a conditional <br /> use in the <br /> <br />(b) The lot on which a wild animal is kept shall be at least__ <br />acres in size. <br /> <br />(c) The structures, primary and secondary enclosures and ali uses <br />associated with the handling of wild animals, shall be set back a <br />minimum of 100 feet front yard; 30 £eet side yard and 50 feet rear <br />yard. <br /> <br />(d) The structures, primary and secondary enclosures and all areas <br />in which a wild animal is handled shall be located a minimum of <br />300 feet from all dwellings other than that of the owner. <br /> <br /> <br />
