PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 1987, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Gary Reimann <br /> Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> Councilmember Arnie Cox <br /> Councilmember A1 Pearson <br /> Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator David Hartley <br /> City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> City Attorney Bill Goodrich <br /> City Planner Anne Norris <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular Council meeting to order at 7:36 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Keith Sauer - 16045 Ironstone Street NW - Inquired as to how he could obtain <br />minutes of meetings in which airport zoning issues have been discussed. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox responded that Mr. Sauer could obtain copies of all minutes at <br />City Hall at any time. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann asked if anyone else present wished to make comments.
