Mr. Munich is requesting a metens H <br />subdivision to split the northeast 2.5 acres off from the 15 acre parcel <br />for financing purposes. Mr. Muhich has stated that his financing for the <br />parcel will not allow him to finance the entire 15 acres, therefore he <br />would like to split off one 2.5 acre parcel.
