In review of the street plans, the profile of existing 180th <br /> Avenue N.W. should be shown and the proposed extension must be <br /> graded to match the existing grade. In addition, the culverts <br /> should be shown on the street profiles, flared ends should be <br /> provided and rip rap may be required at the flared ends and <br /> bituminous spillways. The final street plans must be signed by <br /> a registered engineer as stated in Article 170.039D of the City <br /> Code and specifications must be provided. <br /> <br />6. The proposed plat did not show any park dedication.
