PLANNING AND ZONING COM]~ISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> AN 0KA COU h~TY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, <br />July 7, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Ms. Mary Ellen Walsh's request for a <br />conditional use permit to sell handcrafted items and collectibles from her <br />home. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Al~o Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Ms. Walsh was present requesting a conditional use permit to sell <br />handcrafted items and collectibles from her home at 15800 Nowthen Blvd. <br /> <br />There was no other citizen input regarding the request. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />LaDue and Shumway. Voting ~o: <br />Holm. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br /> None.
