PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AN ORA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, <br />July 7, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Ms. Mary Ellen Walsh's request for a <br />conditional use permit to sell handcrafted items and collectibles from her <br />home. <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Members Absent: Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />Ms. Walsh was present requesting a conditional use permit to sell <br />handcrafted items and collectibles from her home at 15800 Nowthen Blvd. <br />There was no other citizen input regarding the request. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br />Notion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue and Shumway. Voting No: None.
