Chairman Zimmerman and Commissioner Shumway noted that the Park Commission <br />will make recommendation regarding whether park fees or land will be <br />required. <br /> <br />Mr. Messing inquired if paved streets and underground utilities will be <br />required. <br /> <br />Mr. Caine replied that the streets would be paved and underground utilities <br />would be installed. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
