PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, July 7, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. Jim Franklin's request for a <br />conditional use permit to construct an advertising sign. <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Members Absent: Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:47 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />Mr. Franklin was present and explained his request to construct an <br />advertising sign on Hwy. #10. <br />There was no other citizen input. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />Shumway and LaDue. Voting No: None.
