Discussion Re~ardin~ Easements Relatin~ To The Extensi~B <br /> Of Municipal Sewer And Water To The Industrial Area:_ <br /> <br />City Engineering Raatikka stated that certain property owners object to <br />signing waivers allowing for the construction of sewer and water <br />improvements until they know what the City is willing to offer for those <br />easements. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that the City had not planned on compensating for <br />the easements but is willing to compromise for market value. Councilmember <br />Cox noted that the property owners will be receiving benefit from the <br />utilitie~ and also a MSA road. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT CONTINUED <br /> <br />f) County Commissioner Haas-Steffen Request For Meeting - <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that County Commissioner Haas-Steffen is requesting a <br />meeting on Thursday, June 25 at 11:30 a.m. at On-The-Green Restaurant to <br />discuss the Rum River Bridge crossing with Paul Ruud. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann and Councilmember Cox volunteered to attend the meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that he will post that meeting in lieu of the fact that <br />there will be at least two members from Council attending the meeting on <br />Thursday. <br /> <br />~ECESS, <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik <br />Secretary <br /> <br />Council recessed at 11:25 p.m. and directed that any unfinished business <br />will be addressed at the continuation of this meeting on June 30, 1987. <br /> <br /> David Hartley <br /> City Administrator <br /> <br />City Council/June 23, 1987 <br /> Page !9 of 19 <br /> <br /> <br />
