Please indicate whether there will be an outside waste storage. <br /> <br />Off-Street Parking - Spaces Required: City Code requires one parking space per 1,000 square feet of <br />warehouse floor space and one space per 300 square feet of office area. Staff does not have sufficient <br />in~brmation to make a dete~Tnination as to whether the plan complies with City Code requirements. The <br />required inlbrmation must be submitted to staff prior to City Council reviewing the site plan. <br /> <br />Loading Docks/Berths: City Code requires one off-street loading area for the first 10,000 square feet <br />of lloor and <)ne additional dock/berth for each additional 25,000 square feet of floor area. The loading <br />berth/dock must be located in the side or rear of the building. The site plan is providing 2 off-street <br />loading areas that appear to be located along the rear of the building, this meets City Code <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Parking and Maneuvering Areas: The submitted plan does not show detail about the parking lots or <br />central maneuvering area. It is noted that bituminous pavement is called out on the plans. All parking <br />areas require B6-12 concrete curb and gutter.
