The loading <br />berth/dock must be located in the side or rear of the building. The site plan is providing 2 off-street <br />loading areas that appear to be located along the rear of the building, this meets City Code <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Parking and Maneuvering Areas: The submitted plan does not show detail about the parking lots or <br />central maneuvering area. It is noted that bituminous pavement is called out on the plans. All parking <br />areas require B6-12 concrete curb and gutter.
