PreIh-ainary Plat Review: Ramsey Town Center 4th Ad'dition <br />June 11, 2004 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />Park and Trail Dedication Fee. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the MaSter Development Agreement between <br /> <br />the City and Ramsey Town Center LLC, a separate agreement between the two parties have <br />been agreed upon. The Park and Trail Dedication Agreement stipulates that land and cash <br />payments will be made to cover the Park Dedication and Trail Development obligations by <br />Ramsey To~vn Center. Therefore, no Park and Trail Dedication or fees are required as part of <br />this plat. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16, 2004 at the <br />Ramsev Fire Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to review your preliminary plat.
