City standards require that the luminaire (light source) must not <br />be visible fi'om beyond the property line. The applicant should submit shop drawings of the lighting <br />fixtures for review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />RE'U Number: The A quarterly charge of $133.06 will be charged per quarter. <br /> <br />Development Agreement: As part of the approval by City, Council, the applicant will need to enter <br />into a development agreement with City. This agreement, among other tilings, will incorporate <br />relevant items from the Master Development Agreement with Ramsey Town Center LLC that will be <br />obligations for NAU Holdings L.L.C. The Development Agreement will also enumerate ~he financial <br />sureties needed by the City to allow construction of the project. <br /> <br />The Plam~ing Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16, 2004 at Ramsey Fire <br />Station, 15050 ;aaTnstrong Blvd., to review the proposed site plan.
