Chairperson Nixt asked if there were any City Council workshops that members of the Plmming <br />Commission should try to attend. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon stated there was nothing he was aware of <br />right now, but he would forward on anything that comes up. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer stated the sense he gets is once the Town Center starts rolling it will be a <br />domino at"fect, and they could be dealing with a lot of project all at once. He indicated if they <br />could get a heads up as soon as Staff knows they can plan ahead. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated there may be site plans for an <br />insurance building in the next couple of months. <br /> <br />AI)JOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Shepherd, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
