Councilmember Pearson - Aye <br />Councilmember DeLuca - Naye <br />Councilmember Sorteberg - Naye <br />Councilmember Cox - Naye <br />Mayor Reimann - Naye <br /> <br />Motion failed. <br /> <br />C_~ Request For Preliminary Plan Aooroval Of Pineview Estates <br /> Second Addition Planned Unit Development And Adoo~ Ordinance <br /> Rezonin~ Pr~Dert~ From I-1 Industrial To PUD Planned Unit <br /> Development; Case Of Mr. Gilbert Menkveld And Mr. Art Raudio: <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann suggested that this case be tabled and that a meeting between <br />Council, Mr. Raudio and Mr. Menkveld be scheduled to discuss the PUD <br />proposal. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />table preliminary plan approval of Pineview Estates Second Addition <br />Planned Unit Development and rezoning and schedule a special meeting for <br />Thursday, May 28, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. between City Council, Mr. Raudio and <br />Mr. Menkveld to discuss the proposal. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Refer to Case 95 for further action regarding meeting time on Thursday, May <br />28. <br />Case #5: Re~_u~st For Conditional Use Permit To Grade And Excavate; Case <br /> Of Mr. Gilber~ M~nkveld and Mr. Art Raudio: <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that the applicants are requesting a <br />conditional use permit to grade and excavate 72 acres south of 149th which <br />includes Pineview Second Addition. The grading plan the City has received <br />is for Pineview but the applicants are requesting approval to grade the <br />entire site. <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca inquired if there is a conflict regarding what is and <br />is not designated wetlands. <br /> <br />Mr. Raudio presented a plat map showing wetlands and proposed accesses. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that Mr. Goodrich cannot be present at 7:30 p.m. on <br />Thursday to discuss the Pineview Second Addition PUD. Council re$cheduled <br />the special meeting to 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adopt Findings of Fact 0167 relating to Mr. Gilbert Menveld's and Mr. Art <br />Raudio's request for a conditional use permit. (Please refer to findings <br />of fact file for Findings of Fact O16V). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
