PROPOSED CONDITIONA~ USE PERMIT MR. JIM FRA~LIN RAMSEY, MINNESOTA 55303 On July , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Jim Franklin to construct an advertising sign on the property legally described as follows: Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter with the Southerly right-of- way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, then Southerly along said West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter to its intersection with the Northerly right-of-way line of' U.S. Trunk Highway #10 then Southeasterly along said Northerly right-of-way line of said Highway a distance of 485.0 feet to the actual point of beginning of tract tobe herein described then continuing along the northerly right-of-way line of said Highway 140 feet, then Northerly to a point on said Southerly right-of-way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad 691.80 feet Southeasterly from the We~t line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter as measured along the West line of the Burlington Northern Railroad 140 feet then Southwesterly to the point of beginning. Except road. Subject to easement of record. This permit is issued pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.054 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with° The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. The sign shall be located at least 5 feet from the property line. 2. The proposed sign shall be of metal construction. 3. The sign shall be properly maintained by Mr. Franklin. e Mr. Jim Franklin hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit and that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed that he will cause compliance with the terms of this permit.
