PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> MR. LAR~¥ RUDESILL <br /> 7009 HIGHWAY ~10 N.W. <br /> RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On June , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Larry <br />Rudesill to utilize a temporary structure for office space for his <br />automobiles sales business at 7009 Hwy. ~10 N.W., which property is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, Kovar Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be provided <br />on the subject property. <br /> <br />A permanent office structure will be constructed in accordance with the <br />City Code and UBC requirements and the temporary structure shall be <br />removed from the subject property no later than January 1, 1989. The <br />permanent office structure will be subject to the site plan review <br />requirements of the City Code. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Rudesill hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditiomal use <br />permit and that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has <br />agreed that he will cause compliance with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Rudesill <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br /> <br />
