ROBERT MASHUGA <br /> Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />Back§round: <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Mashuga is requesting a conditional use permit to keep a horse <br />on a parcel of less than three acres. Mr. Mashuga is currently keeping one <br />horse on his property at 8411 163rd Avenue N.W. This property is <br />approximately one acre in size. Section 110.072 of the City Code requires <br />a minimum of three acres for each horse maintained on any parcel.
