152%NNIN~ AND ZONIN~ COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANCKA (~t~TY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Cc~ssion conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, April 7, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Roy Sh~nway <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Gerald Zin~nerman <br /> <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order <br />at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />Adeline and Bill Karst - Requested a subdivision of their property. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson explained the normal process for subdivision approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zi~merman advised Adeline and Bill Karst to oontact City Staff <br />regarding the oorrect procedure for being placed on the agenda and that <br />they hire a surveyor to draft their subdivision. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Oa,~issioner LaDue to approve <br />the agenda, stipulating that no new business will be considered after 11:00 <br />p.m. and with the following additions/amendments: <br /> <br /> Add Case #13: Request For Metes And Bounds Subdivision; Case Of Ms. <br /> Kellie Ann Walker <br /> <br /> ~dd Case #14: Request For Sketch Plan Review; Case Of Mr. Mel Boser <br /> Case 99 will be addressed following Case $3. <br /> <br /> Case 94 will be tabled until the joint meeting with City Council on <br /> April 14. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning/Aril 7, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
