31, That the proposed site grading and drainage plan adequately addresses <br />concerns of the Department of Natural Resources regarding storm drainage <br />with adequate capacity for a 100 year rainfall runoff. <br /> <br />32. That the Raise7 A~rport Commission is opposed to the proposed aggregate <br />extraction and asphalt operations for the followin~ reasons: <br /> <br />a. The proposed uses conflict with the current Comprehensive Plan; <br /> The proposed uses are adjacent to a residential neighborhood; <br />c. The proposed uses would create excessive noise, traffic, smoke, <br /> fumes and odors; <br />d. The proposed uses would impact Gateway North Airport; and <br />e. The City is cu£tently in the p~ocess of enacting an airport <br /> zoning ordinance which pertains to all of the above. <br /> <br />33. The proposed height of the silos for the asphalt operation exceed the <br />maximum height permitted iu Sections 170.016I and l?OoOlI2B of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />34.
