CASE <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR METES AND BOUNDS' SUBDIVISION; <br /> CASE OF MR. CARNETT PETT~RSEN <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Garnett Pettersen is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of his <br />property located at 15665 Ramsey Blvd. NW which is intersected by Ramsey Blvd. <br />NW. Hr. Pettersen is requesting a subdivision of the portion of the parcel on <br />the west side of Ramsey Blvd. NW from that portion of the property on the east <br />side of County Road #56. The parcel on the west side of County Road ~56 is 165 <br />feet by 185 feet (approximately .7 acres). Mr. Pettersen's property is located <br />in the R-IR Rural Residential District; the minimum lot size in this area is <br />2-1/2 acres.
