Section 1. City Staff receives the request (see attache~ sheet <br />for infouration necessary with application) fr~r the developer <br />and reviews it with respect to the followin9 ~atters. <br /> <br />Information regarding a carplete d~scription of the <br />project including location ard type of develol~ent, <br /> <br />erRl~t created, if applicable. <br /> <br />B. Infor=ation regardin9 description of request, includin9 <br /> timetable, and any s~ecifications and cost estimates. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Refer to City's fiscal consultant for their re~ie~ for <br />financial feasibility. If request is f/nancially feasible, <br />fiscal consultants ~ay recc~suggest possible <br />structure(s) for fir~ request. <br /> <br />l~,efer to City's bond counsel for review as to leqal <br />feasibility. If request is legally feasible, bond <br />counsel will detenrine whether tax increrent docurents <br />need to be n~dified and/or public hearing process is <br />necessary. (If hearing is necessary, City Staff will <br />notify ~eve/oper of additional th~ involved.) <br /> <br />If request is legally and financially feasible, Staff will <br />forward its findings and those of bond counsel and fiscal <br />consultant to Planning and Zoning and Econo~ic Development <br />~issions for their revie~ a~ reo~tions. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Planning ar~ Zoniog __c~r~ i~sion reviews the request <br />with respect to the follcwin9 ratters: <br /> <br />A. Is the request consistent with the City's __c~_~ehensive <br /> Plan? <br /> <br />B. Is the request app~ol~iate under the City's zon[r~ <br /> <br />Section 3. The Econaric Development Co==ission reviews the <br />request with respect to the follcwin~ Fatters: <br /> <br />A. Will the request lead to an increase of full-thre <br /> R~urar~nt ~Rlo~t opRortunities in the City? <br /> <br />B, Will the request allo~ the ~orv'retention of <br /> a local business? <br /> <br /> <br />
