INFORNAT[ON ITEMS <br /> By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />At its April 28, 1987 meeting, the City Council: <br /> <br /> a) <br /> <br />CASE #12: <br /> <br /> Adopted a resolution hiring Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. to <br /> complete the Highway ~10 Corridor Study; <br /> <br />b) Adopted a resolution authorizing an application for LAWCON/LCMR funds <br /> for the development of River's Bend Park; <br /> <br />c) Adopted an ordinance rezoning the flood plain boundary along the Rum <br /> River to accommodate the Stanhope River Hills plat and the extension <br /> of County Road #116 along the Rum River; <br /> <br />d) Adopted an ordinance rezoning Mr. Sidney Schaumburg's property from <br /> R-IR Rural Residential to R-1U Urban Residential; <br /> <br />e) Denied Mr. Gary 0stlund's request for a conditional use permit; <br /> <br />f) Approved Ms. Debra Dubois' request for a conditional use permit; <br /> <br />g) Approved L & G Rehbein's request for a conditional use permit to <br /> create a man-made lake in Northfork P.U.D.; <br /> <br />h) Approved Mr. Robert Muller's request for site plan review; and <br /> <br />i) Appointed Jim Holm to a position on the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a report summarizing the Metropolitan <br />Council's 1987 State of the Region session. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information are the results of the Ferry Street Travel <br />Survey conducted by the North Metro Traffic Task Force. <br /> <br /> <br />
