All plans for Site development <br />within the City as described in this Ordinance shall be subject <br />to formal review and approval proceedings. The reviewing City <br />bodies shall be the Planning Co~ntsslon and the City Council. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />It shall be a decision option of the City Staff to process <br />a Site Plan Review Request directly through to the City <br />Council for review and approval provtaed that certain site <br />plan elements are found to exist. These elements shall <br />consist of the plan being of standard City specification <br />design, the plan containing no elements which would <br />require a public heaping and the plan encompassing not <br />more than ten (10) acres of site area. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The City Council shall have the option to review and <br />approve the site or refer it back to the Planning <br />Commission for further review. <br /> <br /> <br />
