Mr. ~uller was present requestin~ a metes and bounds subdivision of a 1/2 <br />acre peroel frcm a 6.5 acre l~rcel; that he hes been approached regarding a <br />udedible use for the 1/2 acre and he would prefer that parcel not be <br /> in the financing of the develolmemt cf the $ acre percel. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deener noted that such a ~uall l~rcel would be restricted to <br />uses that do not require a septic system. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Co~ssioner Deemer to <br />r~ that Mm. Robert Muller proceed with a minor platting process to <br />subdivide 1/2 acre cf the 6.5 acre paroel located on the southwest corner <br />of 167th Avenue ~nd St. Francis Blvd. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chaiman Pe~erson, C~ssioners ~.immeman, <br />Deemer, Shum~ay, Sendriksen, Bowell and LaDue. Votin~ No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~4: P~que_ st For Sketch Plan Review: Case Of Mr. Gilbert Menkveld: <br /> <br />Mr. ~nkveld was not present. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris noted that City Council recommends that Planning and Zoning <br />review possible road alignments through this property and the property to <br />the south, which is also requesting sketch plan review. Ms. Norris noted <br />that at it's last meeting, P&Z rec~~ a configurati(m change from lots <br />accessing directly onto Cty. Rd. %63 to a cul-de-sac or frontage road <br />configuration. The sketch plan presented this evening has not changed from <br />that sukmitted at the last meeting. <br /> <br />Motion hy Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Bowell <br />indicating that the Planning and Zoning Cc~mission finds the sketch plan <br />presented unacceptable and reo0mmends that Mr. Msnkveld redraw the plat <br />configuration with one access onto Cry. Rd. %63 and a proposed roadway that <br />would access the peroel to the south. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chai _r~__n Peterson, Commissioners Zimmerman,' <br /> <br />~ Reque_ st For Metes And Bounds Subdivision: Case Of Mr. Walter <br /> <br />Mr. Scroggins was present requesting a metes and bounds subdivision to <br />split property on the west side cf Sunfish Lake Blvd. from property on the <br />east side of Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bowell to <br />recc~ approval of Mr. Walter Scroggins request for a metes and bounds <br />subdivision to split property on the west side of Sunfish Lake Blvd. from <br />property on the east side of Sunfish Lake Blvd. based on the fact that a <br />natural boundary (Sunfish Lake Blvd.) creates the division. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Ms. Norris noted that Mr. Scro~gins is also requesting <br />another metes and bounds subdivision that should have tmon addressed when a <br />P & Z/March 19, 1987 <br /> <br />~3of9 <br /> <br /> <br />
